recruitment process we check the background of all our potential security stuff, going back as far as 20
years. Many came to us from the arm forces and we particularly welcome those with first aid skills or either
relevant experience.
With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical

8. Staff must be numerate, computer literate and able to read, write

understand mathematical figures and must be computer literate.
